Membership

Matrixphonecards.com Calling Card Services is only available to individuals who sign-up to become members on our website. This is done by filling out and submitting an electronic form to create your account. You will be asked to provide us with your name, home address, telephone Number, and email address and Should you knowingly falsify any of the required information, your account shall be terminated immediately with or without prior notice.

Our system automatically collects and stores your computer ip address, ISP location and time of visit.

Matrixphonecards.com Reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.

All new accounts will go through a verification process before any Pins are issued. This will be done when you make your first purchase and will normally take between 1 - 4 hrs during the hours of 0900hrs & 2000hrs. New accounts registered after 2000hrs will be activated the next Morning.

NB. Pins will be sent instantly from your second purchase onwards.

As a member you will be responsible for keeping safe your account details and your pins once sent to you. The security of your account also relies on your protection of your password. You may not share your password with any Third party at anytime and we will never ask you for your password. If you receive any email or other communication requesting your password, you should contact us & treat such emails as unauthorised and suspicious.

You agree that we may disclose any information in connection with your accounts to anyone who correctly quotes your "Login" and "Password" where applicable.

Fraud

If at anytime we suspect illegal activity within your account, we reserve the right to terminate your membership without notice and we will submit all relevant information to the responsible Authorities. We (Please note by using any UK phone card the following information can be traced, Phone used to make a call & the destination dialled).

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and all personal information you submit to Matrixphonecards.com will be kept safe and not shared, sold or rented with any Third party. We may however share this information with the relevant authorities to assist in fraud prevention should such matters arise.

Payments & Account Security

All transactions will be handled securely via PayPal. We do not collect, store or have access to your card details. Your account with use & all your payment transactions will be protected using industry standard security technology (SSL). This ensures that all card details & information transmitted over the Internet are encrypted. All Confidential information will be stored on secure Webservers.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days of purchase. However this will be only possible if the Pins are unused & have the full Credit. Refunds cannot be provided for lost, stolen or expired Pins.

The Product & Us

As phone card resellers, we cannot be held responsible for the performance & maintenance of products that we sell on our website as agents for third parties. Any product issues should be dealt with the respective third party using the customer service number provided.

We will not accept liability for any errors and or omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed products. Matrixphonecards.com will not under any circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages beyond the contemplation of parties, including but not limited to loss of profits or income, arising directly or indirectly from any action or failure resulting from using the prepaid phone cards bought from our website.

The call rates shown on our website are a guide only & we strongly suggest you contact customer service to get up-to-date call rates before purchasing the cards for the first time.
